Stunning unique Featherweight in great condition. Completely serviced, cleaned, polished, electrically inspected, timed, tuned and sampled - rest assured, this Featherweight 221K will be ready to sew right out of the case. This machine is fitted with its original 220-volt motor that has been rewound to 110 voltage to work at optimum speed and torque, so you can plug it in and begin sewing with effortless power.
There are a couple components of the machine indicating that it was marketed in Sweden: the plaque on the front and the markings on the light housing.
EH2439** indicates an original production commission date of April 28th, 1952, at Singer's factory in Kilbowie, Scotland. It is given a Grade 8-. Be sure to click on any image above to view the machine for closer detail. This machine is in good condition with some small pin scratches.

The machine is fitted with an original straited faceplate and the original case includes the top tray for holding the foot controller and some attachments.
